Membership terms and condition:

• Each month you will receive 60 min European Facial and more.
• Gift certificates and gift cards can not be used for membership payments but can be edited for
  upgrading facial service.
• Your membership charge begins the date when you become a member, and your membership
  will continue month to month past the six month until canceled.
• Your membership account must be current to use membership benefit
• 6 month membership commitment is required and can be canceled after six month
• Membership monthly program policies and services are subject to charge at any time without
  notification
• Membership must be canceled in-store where you will fill out a cancellation form.
