By proceeding to book appointments, please read all the information and policies below to ensure you are properly informed:

Before schedule online appointment please read carefully an appointments & cancellation policy:

Currently, the booking system will only allow booking up to 3 months in advance. Fridays and Saturdays usually get scheduled first.

If you no longer see availability, it is fully booked and there is no cancellation or waiting list. If you do not know which facial service to choose, book any you like and by professional consultation it will be offered one the best for your skin condition.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time of your first service to ensure proper time to check-in and relax.

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full-service fees.

No children, pets or additional guests are allowed in the studio due cross contamination on new COVID guidelines.

Please note that once an appointment is booked that you will be expected. Since our appointment times will be reserved your cancellations must be done 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged 20% of the service booked.

Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card, so please have your card available when booking on line or if you are calling to make an appointment over the phone.

"No-shows" will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment. A cancellation or reschedule done an hour prior to your appointment time would be considered a "no-show".

We do our best to fill any available openings and prefer to have other guests take your appointment time then charge you for a cancellation. 

So please be mindful and contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Someone on the waiting list may be very excited to take your spot!
