By processing to book an appointment, you certify that you have read, understand and agree to all the policies, restrictions and information below:
POLICY
PREP & AFTER CARE:
● Skin Renewal Facial Studio treatment room if fully equipped to accommodate high grade luxury services using professional industry-leading products and equipment.
● During the session you will be properly draped to ensure that your complete comfort and privacy is always maintained.
● Spa robes and slippers will be provided upon your arrival at the studio.
● A warm bed, hot towels and ozone steamer will be used with the most comfortable temperature and distance for you.
● Just noticed, any advanced treatments can be switched for some other treatment because of your skin or health condition or other reasons.
● If you do not know which facial service to choose, book any you like and after professional consultation it will be offered as one of the best for you.
● If you have any medical condition or special needs, please bring it to our attention when booking your appointment as certain treatments may not be recommended.
● If you are pregnant, please notify.
● All guests must be 16 or older to schedule a treatment. Guests under 16 may enjoy most of our services accompanied by an adult.
● A minor client should be present with a parent/ legal guardian.
● No children, pets or additional guest are allowed in the treatment room due cross contamination on new COVID guideline
● You will receive detailed after care recommendations after each facial service.
● Only one client per limit in the treatment room during the facial session.
TERMS and CONDITION
PAYMENT:
● Full payment is expected at your appointment.
● Accepted payment types: Debit/Credit Card, ApplePay, Venmo, Zelle,Cash App, ClassPass, Spa Finder, Spa Week, Funders or Cash.
● Checks are not accepted.
RESERVATION:
● To book your appointment the best way is online.
● Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card, so please have your card available when booking online. It is not going to be charged but has to have a card on file to protect rescheduling & cancellation policies.
● Currently the booking system will allow you to book up to 3 months in advance.
● If you no longer see availability, it is fully booked but a wait list is available.
RESCADULING & CANCELATION:
● Please note that once an appointment is booked that you will be expected.
● You must reschedule or cancel your appointment via the confirmation text/email you receive, up to 48 hours prior to your appointment.
● Since your appointment will be reserved your rescheduling or cancellation must be done 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged 50$ late fees.
● You are allowed to reschedule only ones.
Attention: Skin Renewal Facial Studio cancellation policies are in place to protect our small business from cancellation within 48 hours as we are unlikely to fill those slots with such little notice. So, we do not make exceptions as then it is not fair to our other clients. We do our best to fill any available openings and prefer to have other guests take your appointment time then charge you for cancellation. So, please be mindful and contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
LATE POLICY:
● First time clients please arrive at least 10 min prior to the start time of your first service to ensure proper time to check in and fill up the forms..
● Please be courteous of others and be on time for your scheduled appointment.
● We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full-service fees.
● If you are more than 15 min late you have to reschedule.
● Rescheduling 50$ fees will be charged by following policies above.
● Due to my tightly packed schedule, I ask that you arrive on time.
● If you arrive at your appointment more than 30 min late, you will be considered as “no show” and result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
● Please take into account traffic times and weather conditions when driving to your appointment. Unforeseen circumstances can happen, however it is important to allow enough time to properly perform each service.
“NO-SHOWS” will be charged full price for scheduled appointments.
NO REFUNDS:
● No refunds will be issued as the service has completed.
● No exchange/refunds purchases.
Skin Renewal Facial Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or fire any client for
any given reason.
